Giving Options
Below are three intentional ways to give, each rooted in Scripture and accompanied by divine blessings.
🕊 TITHE & OFFERING
Definition:
The tithe is the first tenth of our income, returned to God in worship. Offerings go beyond the tithe as expressions of thanksgiving, faith, and love.
“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this… if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing…”

- Opened heavens
- Overflowing provision
- Divine rebuke of the devourer (Malachi 3:11)
- Honour to God as your Source (Proverbs 3:9–10)

🌱 SEED (Sowing for a Particular Need)
Definition:
Seed giving is intentional sowing for a specific need or desire—be it spiritual, financial, healing, or family restoration. It's a prophetic act of faith.
“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over...”

“He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.”
— 2 Corinthians 9:6
Blessings for the Obedient:
- Multiplication of the seed sown
- Abundant harvest in due season
- Financial breakthroughs and favour
- Spiritual testimony of faith (Hebrews 11:4)

😊 CHEERFUL GIVER (Freewill Giving)
Definition:
This is non-specific giving, a joyful overflow of love and gratitude to God. It’s the generosity of the heart without restriction or assignment.
“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you… having all sufficiency in all things, you may have an abundance for every good work.”
— 2 Corinthians 9:8

- Overflowing grace
- Sufficiency in all areas of life
- A heart that is enriched and free from greed
